What happens during our sleep? 

There are different types of sleep that form cycles during our night: light sleep, deep sleep and paradoxical sleep. During sleep, 3 to 6 cycles come one after the other. They last 60 to 120 minutes each. During a cycle, these different types of sleep alternate.

Sleeping well is an art!

We have simple advices for you: have a healthy diet, avoid caffeine and theine after 4 p.m., have a light dinner, stop the screens at least 1h before going to bed, put the thermostat of your bedroom at 19 degrees (ideal temperature), exercise but not after 7 p.m. and especially listen to the sleep signals that your body sends you to go to sleep. Oh ... and of course use our solutions!
