The offers are only intended for consumers with a delivery address in countries where NanoNap ensures delivery via a transport service provider.
The products presented on the site are valid while stocks last.
In the event of a debit or collection for the order of an unavailable item, NanoNap undertakes to reimburse the Customer within 30 days.
In the case of cancellation of preorder. NanoNap undertakes to reimburse the Customer within 30 days.
NanoNap undertakes to notify the customer by email if the Customer has placed an order for an unavailable item.

NANONAP (hereinafter: “NANONAP”) has as its main activity the development of technological solutions allowing the optimization of the deep sleep phase thanks to electrical stimulations.
NANONAP has developed a connected headband (hereinafter the “Prototype”) and a mobile application (hereinafter the “Application”).
As part of its development process, NANONAP wanted to test its technology with a panel of users (the “Users”).
The purpose of the present general conditions is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Prototype and the Application (hereinafter taken together the “Services”), in the contract of the test phase.
They are accessible and printable at any time by a direct link at the bottom of the page of the website https://nanonap.co/ (hereinafter “the Site”)
3.1 Legal capacity
The Services are accessible :
– to any natural person with the full legal capacity to commit under these terms and conditions. A natural person who does not have full legal capacity may only access the Site and the Services with the agreement of his/her legal representative;
– any legal entity acting through a natural person with the power or authority required to enter into a contract in the name and on behalf of the legal entity.
The acceptance of the present general conditions is materialized by a checkbox in the registration form.
This acceptance can only be full and complete. Any conditional acceptance is considered null and void. The User who does not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions must not access the Site or use the Services.
5.1 The use of the Services requires the User to register on the Application and on the website of NANONAP (hereinafter: the “Site”), by completing the form provided for this purpose. The User must provide all information marked as mandatory. Any incomplete registration will not be validated.

Registration automatically leads to the opening of an account in the name of the User (hereinafter the “Account”), giving him/her access to a personal space (hereinafter the “Personal Space”) on the Application and which allows him/her to manage the use of the Services in a form and according to the technical means that NANONAP deems most appropriate to render said Services.
The User guarantees that all the information he/she provides in the registration form is accurate, up-to-date and sincere and is not misleading.
The User undertakes to update this information in his Personal Space in the event of modifications (in particular in the event of a change of email address), so that it always corresponds to the above-mentioned criteria.
The User is informed and accepts that the information entered for the purpose of creating or updating his Account is proof of his identity. The information entered by the User is binding upon validation.
5.2 The User may access his Personal Space at any time after having identified himself using his login and password.
The User undertakes to use the Services personally and not to allow any third party to use them in his place or on his behalf, unless he bears full responsibility.
He is also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of his login and password, any access to the Site using them is deemed made by the User. The User must immediately contact NANONAP at the address mentioned in Article 2 of these Terms of Use if he notices that his Account has been used without his knowledge. The User acknowledges the right of NANONAP to take all appropriate measures in such a case.
NANONAP commits to deliver the Prototype to the User at the delivery address that the User will have given in his registration form.
The User will be responsible for the risks of loss or deterioration of the Prototype as from the signature of the delivery note.
In the absence of reservations expressly made in writing by the User within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery, the Prototype will be deemed to be in perfect working order. In the event of reservations expressed by the User relating to a defective Prototype confirmed by NANONAP after establishing a diagnosis, NANONAP undertakes to pay the cost of returning the said Prototype and to return a new Prototype upon receipt, subject to availability.
The Prototype remains the full and complete property of NANONAP.
The loan of the Prototype is granted to the User for the duration of the test phase. At the end of the loan period, the Prototype must be returned within a maximum of 48 (forty-eight) hours.
The User undertakes not to make any modification to the Prototype. The User is responsible for its proper preservation during the entire duration of the loan. NANONAP will not be held responsible in case of fraudulent or illicit use of the Prototype.
In case of loss, theft, or damage of the Prototype, NANONAP will invoice the User three hundred and seventy euros (370 € excl. tax).
The Services are subscribed for the duration of the test phase which is one month from the delivery of the Prototype.
The present general conditions are governed by French law.
